Install the Downloader App
Return to the Firestick Home screen. Use the Search icon and type Downloader. Install the free Downloader app by AFTVnews from the Amazon App Store.
Download IPTV Smarters Pro
Open Downloader and enter the URL provided in your Polar IPTV Bears welcome message. Download and install the IPTV app. When prompted, allow the installation.
Enter Your Credentials

Samsung – Add Your Playlist
Open SIPTV on the TV and note the MAC address displayed on screen. On any browser, go to siptv.app, enter the MAC address and paste your M3U URL from your Polar IPTV Bears welcome message.
LG TV – Install IPTV Smarters
On LG webOS, press Home, open the LG Content Store, search for IPTV Smarters Pro and install it for free. It supports M3U and Xtream Codes directly.
Sony / Android TV – Install from Play Store
Sony and other Android TV or Google TV sets have access to the Google Play Store. Open it and install IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate directly — no sideloading needed.
Add Xtream Codes Login
In IPTV Smarters, tap Add New User → Xtream Codes API. Enter the username, password and server URL from your welcome message. Your channels will load automatically.

Open and Sign In

Enter Your Polar IPTV Bears Details

Add a Remote Playlist
Open GSE Smart IPTV and tap the menu icon (≡) in the top left. Select Remote Playlists, then tap the + button. Choose Xtream Codes API and enter your credentials.
Enter Credentials
Enter a name for the playlist (e.g. Polar IPTV Bears), then type in your server URL, username and password from your welcome message. Tap Add.
Load Channels & Stream

Install & Open the App
Install your chosen app. Sign in with your Apple ID if prompted, then open the app from your Apple TV home screen.
Add Your Playlist
Navigate to Add Playlist → Xtream Codes API. Use the on-screen keyboard or the Remote app on your iPhone to type in your username, password and server URL.
Stream in 4K
Once your playlist loads, go to Live TV and select any channel. Apple TV will automatically match the frame rate of the stream for a native 4K HDR cinema experience.
Tip: Use the iOS Remote app on your iPhone to type your Polar IPTV Bears credentials into the Apple TV — it is much faster than the Apple TV remote keyboard. Our WhatsApp team can guide you through every step.
MAG Box (Stalker Portal)

Power on your MAG box and wait for the home screen. Go to Settings → System Information and note down the MAC address (format: 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX). You need to share this with us when claiming your subscription.
Access System Settings
On the MAG home screen, go to Settings → System Settings → Servers → Custom Portal. This is where you will enter the Polar IPTV Bears portal URL.
Enter Your Portal URL
In the Portal URL field, type the portal server address provided in your Polar IPTV Bears welcome message. Leave Portal Name as anything you like (e.g. Polar Bears).
Reboot & Activate
Save the settings and reboot your MAG box. The device will connect to the Polar IPTV Bears portal. If your MAC address has been registered to your account, channels will load immediately.
Browse Channels
Use your MAG remote to navigate the channel list. The EPG guide will load automatically and show programme schedules for all 60,000+ channels.
Important: MAG boxes use MAC address-based authentication. When placing your order, send us your MAC address on WhatsApp so we can register it to your account before you begin setup. This step is essential.
